Our Exhibition

Our exhibition "Taste The Wind" has now been up for a few days. Received this comment by email yesterday:

Jon

Went down to Oakengates to see exhibition - it looks stunning! My favourite print was No 27 (Grand Canyon Mist), also liked No 9 (Monument Valley Dawn).

Thanks Chris.

Weather

This 3D weather (Dull, Damp and Dreary) continues. It would be really nice to see some sun.

Have been working on a book at Blurb.Com. However, due to electrical problems in my house, all hopes of publishing a full version are on hold.

Went to Smethwick PS last Thursday. Excellent AV presentation by John Webster from Northallerton. John is one of those landscape photographers who keep on coming up with excellent work. Although not a member of Smethwick, I was honoured to be asked to give the vote of thanks. Keep on getting out there John!

Uploaded a new gallery today, images taken in the snow we had recently. Really did not get out enough.
Please leave any comments about my work.
The R2880 is still going really well. The profiles provided online by Hahnemuhle, Museo and Canson work very well. All of these excellent papers can be purchased from On-Line Paper

Updated my web site today with images taken during our recent holiday in Scotland. We visited a number of camera clubs ~ Falkirk, Strontian, Dingwall & Inverness. The people at these clubs are really wonderful and make you feel very welcome. A special thankyou to Andy Lock & his family at Strontian, Brian & Ann Ellinson at Dingwall and John Ross at Inverness. Sue & I had a fantastic time!
Back to form. Just seen the results from the GB Cup and all award winners printed in the news letter were of people (except for an animal portrait).
